The main purpose that I designed this jigsaw table for is cutting narrow cabinet scribe strips which have always been more difficult to cut with a jigsaw hand held. It works for just about any jigsaw cutting task though giving you added control and the benefit of zero dust. The jigsaw table is more like a band saw or scroll saw in use since you simply guide the material over a table surface.  I used the same quick mounting system as the jigsaw scribe base with eccentric discs.  Over table and under table dust collection points are the key to the efficient collection on this table. They get the dust right at the source and when hooked to a dust extractor it makes the jigsaw table dustless.

I use a Bosch JS572 jigsaw in this table but almost any jigsaw would work. The more accurate the guide system in the jigsaw the more accurate the cuts will be. The jigsaw table can be clamped to a work surface like the Multi Purpose Table or used on a floor as well. It's a versatile dustless cutting solution for either the jobsite or the workshop.
